Locha Gujarati Dish : 250 gm chana daal, 1 cup poha (rice flakes), 3 tsp oil, 2 tsp ginger chilly paste, pinch hing, 1/4 turmeric powder, 1/4 black pepper powder (optional), 1/2 tsp red chilly powder for sprinkle, 1/2 tsp salt as per taste, 1 sachet eno powder.
